Isabella Pozzo

Isabella Pozzo is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam Business School. Her research focuses on creativity and the creative process in organizations. In particular, she investigates how firms can unleash the creative potential of the individuals working in organizations. For example, she studies how top managers can determine firm outcomes in the creative industries by exploiting primarily quantitative methods (e.g., a hand-collected dataset on the high-end fashion industry and experimental methods).
