Sumeet Malik is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His research explores how market players interact with regulatory and social institutions. His research has appeared in prestigious outlets such as the Strategic Management Journal (SMJ), Research Policy (RP), and the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal (SEJ). His research won the best Ph.D. paper award (KI) at SMS 2021 and was a finalist for the best Ph.D. paper (TIM) at AOM 2020. He regularly reviews for top journals and is on the Editorial Review Board of the Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. He is most excited about GenAI impacting cultural industries.
